Märtha Louise, Mari Manzetti and Lilli Bendriss are three strong women, with a deep felt desire to help all people understand the transformational power of love and how to implement it into their lives for the better of all mankind. Changing the world starts with each and every one of us, and it starts with experiencing the love we all carry in our hearts. By tapping into this deep, unconditional love, we can transform our lives for the better. 

Surprisingly for some, there is substantial research showing how love affects us, both as individuals and as communities, and how for example crime declines when people are gathered focusing on love. When we have this kind of power for change, why dont we use it? Why do we create societies based on fear, when research show that when we see each other through the lense of love, we prosper, thrive, get more creative, become healthier because of our reduced stress levels, show up with confidence and more self love? Märtha, Mari and Lilli want to help people achieve a better life by tapping into the abundant energy of love we all possess for total transformation and a happier, healthier more abundant life on all levels.

These three experienced ladies have been challenged by most aspects of life and are here to share their deep knowledge and wisdom. They radiate love and warmth, laughter and joy. HeartSmart holds lectures and courses nationally and internationally, to teach transformative life hacks, and give tools to become more confident and courageous.
